Helen had great customer service. Very friendly and informative. She quickly located the item I was looking for (my favorite perfume I found and comtinue to purchase at Sephora). She filled me in on the point system I was unaware of, let me know how many points I had (that I was also unaware of), fully explained to me how to utilize my points and gave great recommendations. Thank you!!

Hellen is AMAZING! My daughter and I shop at Sephora all the time, and Hellen always takes care of us. She listens, knows exactly what products work for us, and never pushes anything we don’t need. Definitely the best experience that I've had at a Sephora ever. The employees were so helpful and even helped me use coupons that I didn't even know were available. Helen and Rose both deserve a raise for being very helpful and kind.
