Awful 👎🏻 this is the worst location around, by far. It has gone drastically downhill over the past year. The store is always a disgusting mess. The employees are unwelcoming and unfriendly. They give dirty looks and are constantly only paying attention to their phones instead of helping the customers. I used to love coming to this store. Lots of awesome products and helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
I had a really great experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s and wanted to recognize two employees who were incredibly helpful and kind — Lizzy and Maddy. Lizzy took the time to show me how to figure out my own foundation shade and let me test things at my own pace without making me feel rushed. I’m newer to learning makeup and felt a little out of my comfort zone, but she made the experience relaxed and encouraging (keep in mind I'm 46 figuring this out for the first time). Leaving work. Saw this alone. Im cleaning out my photos and found this. Now you can see it too. Climb a mountain you get fog but leave a shopping center and magic sunsets thanks Sephora for making my trip beautiful as well and God of course He deserves a shout out as my chance to reach the and He created us and we created sephora anyway Jesus will change your heart then your mind if you ask him to.
