I had a nice time looking around and everything for something except I don’t like the fact one of the lady’s working back there was acting funny following us and watching us no matter what and had the audacity to ask the other people “hi welcome can I help u with anything” but never asked us anything just want to say their customer service is terrible!🤣

I want to take a minute to recognize 2 Beauty Consultants at Sephora-Liberty, Danielle and Shelby who were very professional and extended alot of grace and professionalism to two extremely rude customers. Christmas shopping can be a very stressful time as it is. I could not believe the behavior of the Customers who wanted a different outcome for their refund than the Policy at the Store would allow the employees to provide.
