Worst customer service I have experienced. I've been a few times hoping for an improvement but always leave disappointed. Staff is extremely rude and nasty. I would rather drive to One Loudoun where the staff is always friendly and helpful. New management and training is long overdue!
They lacked a bit of stock. And I only saw one employee at a time when I think there were three. But I lnever saw more than one on the floor which caused a bit of a wait to ask a question and/or pay for your items. Maybe it was just a sudden influx of potential and actual customers showing up all at once.
Ashton was super kind and nice and took 15-20 minutes out of her day to help. Very dedicated and thoughtful employee so I had to ask for her name.
So I usually do not leave reviews but I felt like I had to. I am a middle aged woman with kids but sometimes I like to feel dolled up once in a while! Well when I went in to this Sephora in Kohls I have never dealt with a more rude woman. The taller lady with blue hair and glasses IGNORED ME then of course when I had a question brushed me off like I was bothering her.
