Saturday night June 21st employees need to ensure that while one person is counting money in the register the other person cant be handling a huge bag of trash while claiming to be wanting to work with the customer and that’s after being interrupted for assistance. The store had well over 30 minutes left before closing. Unacceptable!!!!
Went into Sephora and needed help finding items I really wanted and I was greeted with Hannah W. She was so sweet and kind ! Hannah helped me find everything I was looking for, answered all of my questions with ease and checked me out at the register so smoothly. She even gave me tips and tricks I could use for the next time I do my makeup. I look forward to going back and seeing Hannah. Thank you Sephora !❤️
They have a fine selection of makeup at expected medium-high prices. But everyone I’ve spoken to aside from one girl (March 19, around 2 or 3 PM, thank you so much!) has been very very condescending and unhelpful to me.
