Went in for a product and when looking for staff, all three ladies were at the desk talking and ignoring me while I was waving down to ask a question. Finally one turned around and yelled if I needed anything to ask. When I did and said sorry for interrupting she just said “well yes we needed to have our talk” to then let me know products aren’t always up to date online and be better off just ordering online. Went next door to Ulta and got better help and product. Not going into this Sephora again.
My experience today was awesome. But specifically for this one older woman working today around 3:40, she really seemed like she knew what she was doing, would definitely come here a lot more just because of her!!
