I've been to many Sephora locations and rarely received any help from the staff. Today, though, my experience at this location was completely different. Jacey helped me, she was so kind, welcoming, and she took the time to help me choose samples, answered my questions, and made me feel valued as a customer. It's amazing how much of a difference great customer service can make. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Went in for a product and when looking for staff, all three ladies were at the desk talking and ignoring me while I was waving down to ask a question. Finally one turned around and yelled if I needed anything to ask. When I did and said sorry for interrupting she just said “well yes we needed to have our talk” to then let me know products aren’t always up to date online and be better off just ordering online. Went next door to Ulta and got better help and product. Not going into this Sephora again.
