I needed help getting a product in the locked drawer. I stood there with my 3 young children as the 2 employees cashed out 2 people. This took almost 10 minutes. Both employees saw me waiting. Neither acknowledged me the entire time. When the one employee finished ringing out her customer, she did not come over or even call out, "ill be right with you". I visited Sephora to find the right foundation shade before making a purchase, and I'm so glad I did. Tamra, the beauty advisor who helped me, was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient with all of my questions, and took the time to explain the differences between several foundations so I could find the best match. i’ve been there a few times and the workers are so nice! the only downside is they barely have items in stock!
I went in to look at makeup barely any stock at all. I always shop here. When I approached different areas of makeup selection. Nothing wiped off makeup eyeshadow kits torn through looks like someone put their fingers and dug through almost all. Display case's look very sloppy. I picked up a few sticks of concealer to look at very runny. Not normal it was the Sephora brand. Totally disappointing I, suggest a manager goes in cleans it up please. Not worth going in anymore.
I was there a couple months ago and two of the teen girls were fighting and screaming in the middle of the store with my 5 year old there I will not be returning to this location, very unprofessional behavior from them, very disappointed
