My mom and I had such a pleasant experience here today, I am so glad we came in! Our Sephora associate, Grace, helped us to pick out new products and provided great education about best practices and techniques with the different formulas. She was absolutely lovely and made this stop 1000% worth it! Thank you Grace!
Went to the store at 7pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I went to Ulta first and had the worst experience. I was there for over 30 minutes with no assistance from any employee. I made a purchase, mentioned the disappointment at checkout, and left.
