Terrible. Not sure if it's just this store or all Kohls but they have a ridiculous return/exchange policy. You can not exchange an item unless you exchange it for the same exact item. No equal exchange for a different item any more. Kohls cash makes trying to return an item horrible. Take off a disproportionate amount from kohls cash if you try to return something that gave kohls cash from oroginal purchase. Selection in bath and home is terrible. No cashiers are available at checkout, there are no associates on the sales floor to assist and the store manager is a greedy, nasty piece of you know what! I've stopped shopping at khols and I'm very happy. I will spend my money at a place where they appreciate my business.
This store is nice, but the staff can use a little customer service training.
