If I’m being honest, the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Robin at Sephora. She is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and very kind. I have had a few bad experiences at this Sephora due to employees not being helpful, too focused on gabbing with other employees, or not being able to answer any questions but following me like a hawk making me uncomfortable; but Robin helps me every time and I always leave with a new product I love each time that she assists me. They better never let her go!!!!
I specifically wanted to try a bit of a powder I had seen advertised online. When I got to the store, the sample was sealed. A girl approached me and I explained to her what I wanted and she discouraged me sampling it because "other people have had their fingers in it." Then she tried to sell me a small size of it. If I wanted drug store make up, where it's sealed, I'd go to Target. I said, "I don't want to buy what I can't sample." She shrugged at me. I left.
