No help at all they should hire new workers who will actually help and not be on phones.
I needed help to get the right shade for my foundation, and an amazing worker at Sephora was so helpful, and so generous in helping me out she was so kind!
I had a bad experience in the Sephora store at kohls. The staff didn’t offer help to customers instead they were talking loudly about their own personal stuff and everyone could hear them. They were not even approachable because their conversation was so intense. Most of the items I was searching for were unavailable in the shade or product I was looking but I needed to buy make up so I found some alternatives myself.
