The customer service deserves negative zero stars. Two employees at the store failed to acknowledge me as customer for over 15min. As a result I decided to go to ulta to buy my three Prada paradox perfumes. Thank ya!

I had such an amazing experience at Sephora! The customer service was truly top-tier, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I went in and got myself a cologne and this girl I don’t remember her name but she helped me so much because I’m a very indecisive person and she helped me pick the perfect fragrance for me and also helped me pick out makeup for my girlfriend. Overall my experience was very welcoming and warm.
