Girl at the Sephora counter with short black hair was incredibly rude and condescending and the rest of the associates were standing in a circle cutting it up and ignoring customers. I will never come back to this store again. Management should really have a conversation with associates on customer service etiquette.
It made me angry that I could not exchange a bottle of makeup for the right shade after all the money I have spent on Sephora products at the Hamilton location. The cashier went as far as to help me with picking out another shade. The product was unused and I had not gotten around to returning it. After wasting all my time, the white sales clerk decided that it was non refundable and said that when I get a tan, or blacker I could use it. I'm a black woman.
