The older woman who was working register was completely unhelpful this morning (4/5/25) and was miserable. I came to Sephora today with a gift card because I usually shop at ulta, and spend a lot of money there and I will continue to do so and not support this miserable place. Also to mention, it was 9:15 no customers were in the store. I left and will use other Sephora stores for my gift card.

The lady who helped me out today completely transformed my makeup. She will know who she is. I started out asking her to help me find a foundation, she brought me over to the Estée Lauder. I told her some skin issues I was having and she recommended products to me. I went with the dr jart skincare kit for my sensitive skin. She then brought me over to Clinique for an exfoliating jelly. The old lady with curly hair made my shopping experience very uncomfortable , she follows you around like you’re going to steal. Then also told another associate to keep an “eye on me” as I was looking at different perfumes to buy.

bald guy was rude as hell. didnt even want to shop anymore, won’t be going back.
