I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I did end up purchasing two perfumes, but I was planning to buy more. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. I was not greeted or offered help, and when I tried to get assistance, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Because of this, I decided not to continue shopping and left without purchasing the additional items I intended to buy. I think the store is clean and some of the girls have been helpful but sometimes they’re out of stock in things

Very clean and I was very surprised to see the samples removed to be sanitary for the public!. The employees greeted immediately and were very helpful. Only thing I can give an opinion is giving my information regarding my email and not providing a reason. Some of us have already unsubscribed in email due to the amount of junk we received. Ty to the in-store employees otherwise.

employees were loudly complaining about another costumer in the store. when i got to checkout, two girls were looking at each other laughing that the other had to “pick her wedgie” i get it girl, but in front of customers is crazy work lmao. there was wawa food on the counter and another girl just complaining she wanted to go home. very unwelcoming all around
