Excellent customer service. Both employees were super helpful and kind. We’re able to answer the questions myself and my daughter had. They even gave a few suggestions and tips. Super helpful. Will definitely shop again love not feeling bombarded like you do when you go into the store inside the mall. Jamie (sp) and Emily (sp) thank you for such a great experience!
Walked in and immediately felt judged by the two women working. I was in the store for probably 8 minutes before leaving with nothing. I frequently shop at this Sephora and bring my kids. This has never been an issue. Today one of the employees was rude to my children as I was actively trying to keep them from touching things. They followed me around the store as if I was stealing standing right next to me.
