Walked in and asked about the perfume sampler I received as a gift, and about using the FULL SIZE coupon. Tall, blonde grabs the coupon out of my hand, reads it and said, " yeah, you can use it." And proceeds to walk away to the register. I am looking at the fragrances that are included in the deal. She completely ignores me. Brittany customer service was amazing and helped me with my purchase in Sephora fragrance section. Made sure I was a member to get a free gift.
Don’t dare ask a question about trying to get a customer service phone number because since they are a not a stand alone store they cannot help you. WE HAVE NO STAND ALONE STORES IN JACKSON!! Employees there are a mix. My original girl was a sweetheart and genuinely was trying to help. If you want attitude and rudeness the older blonde one with glasses is a real treat!! After she interjected herself into the conversation as she was helping someone else that was before me, and proceeded to belittle me because of what I asked.... read more
I went in today and Alana was AMAZING! She was so helpful and gave great suggestions. She is an amazing worker who seems passionate!
