I was trying to purchase a perfume for my girlfriend and there was this young lady Breanna she was very helpful and nice but then the old miserable managers make her quit while she was trying to help me horrible service and people
The Dothan AL Sephora store has poor customer service. It’s mostly ran by young girls with no work ethic. They don’t care if they help customers. They are too busy gossiping with each other. I spoke with “Abby” today. She was not helpful. I asked for a sample of KayAli today. She told me I could buy a trial sized; and they don’t give samples due to COVID. “ I know that is clearly untrue.
