Asked the lady if they could check if the largest bottle of Armani Profundo was in stock by chance, she pulled out her phone and looked online (just like i did!!) instead of opening the drawer and checking the inventory. I will go to Ulta from now on. They are cheaper and actually want to help the customers there.
I am really good products. They are both they have bio. They have so many fancy products but there’s they’re kind of expensive. I kind of think they need to lower down their prices cause then like more people would buy like more stuff you know.
I went in to inquire about products I had viewed online. Madison helped me on my visit on 09/29/25 and she was amazing. She was very patient in helping me find all the products I was looking for, along with others I found. She is such an asset to your business and made my shopping experience memorable and fun. I loved her energy and smile.
Worst experience ever I have been going the past few years and last time I went a stuck up worker followed me around the whole time like I was going to steal or something I would never!! When she finally helped me she was naming prices of things with this attitude like I couldn’t afford it. I went in to find a shade in estee lauder. The lady barely put anything on my face to tell anything. Then they were all talking very unprofessional at the desk. Didn't offer anymore help. Probably judging me by what I was wearing. I had planned to spend over 500.00 in there and left because it was absolutely ridiculous the way they acted and I still don't know which estee lauder foundation I need.
