worst customer service, the manager is rude. they sold me a product that expired just couple months after, when i went in the store to discus the matter i was just handed a number on peice of paper to call customer service. I will never shop here.
This is the second sephora I went to that did not have the perfume I was looking for.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s Fredericksburg. I purchased perfumes and returned the next day with my receipt to exchange for a larger size and pay the difference. While the exchange was denied due to policy, which I didnt understand but accepted, the issue was the employees’ behavior afterward. As I was leaving, two employees laughed behind my back. Nice staff!
I do not shop at Khol's at all I noticed a Sephora coming from my bank. The customer service here is nonexistent not even a welcome. I will not be coming back LOL the women working here were rude for some odd reason and just stare very odd experience. I will stick to the stores I am used to shopping at.
