WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I CAME VISITING FAMILY FROM MIAMI FLORIDA AND PRIOR TO THIS HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRID CUSTOMER SETVICE. THE WORKERS WERE IGNORING, DISMISSIVE. HORRID ATTITUDE. NOT SURE WHY IT FRLT LIKE A RACE THING AS A BLSCK WOMAN I FELY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THE OLDER LADY WHO FRLT LIKE HELPING ME FIND A FOUNDATION WAS A TASK HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. I IMMEDIATELY LEFT AND HOPE NO ONE OF COLOR ATTENDS THIS LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE SUCH HORRID SERVICE.

From the moment I walked in with my daughter we were greeted by Erica. She immediately asked if we needed help. She didn’t stop there.. when I say she hooked my daughter up on products by showing her what would work for her based on what she was describing to Erica. She listened.. she color matched. Literally took us from product to product that my daughter needed. I can’t thank her enough. The ladies at the register were so sweet. 12 out of 10 experience.
