At least 2 young people working and couldn’t find the time to ask if I needed help. There were maybe 2 other customers there. Feel like I was ignored when I was ready to spend at least $100.00 . Left and will be shopping at Ulta from now on I guess. Maybe they should be trained in what customer service is. It is not talking to each other that is certain.

Tried using my Sephora account yesterday and while the young lady was nice enough she didn’t seem interested in doing more to locate my account other than checking my phone number. I tried showing her my approval receipt which shows my approval amount, date, etc, since I haven’t received a card, and she wouldn’t even look at it just kept repeating she didn’t see an account. I ended up paying another way but would have preferred using my card.

I was very disappointed when I went into Sephora. Really wasn't helped was given products was not given time to even try it on my face. came back with a very disappointing purchase. Neither makeup actually really worked when we got it home. Because I was only allowed to test it on my hand I would not recommend sephora to anybody. I would go to Ulta before this. If I could get this no stars, I would.

Good variety of women's & mens fragrances! Have made several visits there & purchased gifts for others as well. Not sure about the points system but I know I've spent quite a bit there, hope the points make some difference at some point. Returning customer.
