This location is awful. I’m not sure how the company can afford 6 employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing? Asking them anything is an inconvenience and god forbid you ask them to check wherever they keep extra stock. Just order online, don’t waste your time.
They seem to be a bit standoffish
Little or no stock in a lot of items
As a makeup artist, I’ve been here several times for color matching. each time employees are sitting behind the counter like we are inconveniently interrupting them when I ask for something. I’ve been 4 different times now for the correct shade and it’s still wrong. Today I went to Ulta to get color matched and went back to Sephora to get a sample before I spend $55 on a foundation.
