Didnt get help from anyone. The one girl was busy with one customer, the other one was too busy talking to her friend outside of sephora. Very unprofessional, the other girl was the cashier and not a single glance if anyone needed anything.(yes I understand she was busy).Very disappointed in the new people they hired. They also need more staff on busy days. I left didnt buy anything I went to Ulta.
Worst experience I have ever had in a Sephora. The two girls that were working were behind the counter gossiping and on their cell phones. I was looking for a new foundation so I needed a shade match so I had to do it myself. Of course I got the wrong shade now I have to go back and try to figure it out again. When I asked for recommendations and samples, the cashier made faces and the other employee just walked past me. I stopped in recently to get foundation and a mascara for my engagement photos. Jesi took the time to match my skin perfectly with a foundation that was light but had great, buildable coverage and gave the best recommendation for mascara. Thank you, Jesi!
I was not able to do the survey online, but Diana and Ashley C were both amazing and helpful during my visit. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked. It would be even better if Sephora had its own store outside of Kohls.
