The staff is really not friendly, usually ignoring you or too busy talking between themselves. Even the manager is rather rude and cold. Do not expect samples or little gift like when you buy online.. i asked and they looked at me like it was the craziest request in the world. Just go to Ulta they are way friendlier.
I bought 2 colognes out here and they are overpriced, they don’t follow the price tags on the sephora website. I bought a cologne for 180 and I saw it at their website they sold it as 140

I had an amazing experience with Noel he helped me find a foundation that worked for me and now that I've tried it a few times it's amazing and I couldn't have asked for better service
Didnt get help from anyone. The one girl was busy with one customer, the other one was too busy talking to her friend outside of sephora. Very unprofessional, the other girl was the cashier and not a single glance if anyone needed anything.(yes I understand she was busy).Very disappointed in the new people they hired. They also need more staff on busy days. I left didnt buy anything I went to Ulta.
