The customer service here is so nice, the employees are really sweet. I went in without having ever gotten makeup that isn't drugstore before and they were super kind helping me shade match and giving me recommendations. The only downside to this store was just that a lot of things were out of stock. I ended up having to order a lot of things through the online store. Overall, wonderful customer service-wish the store had more in-person options.
Was looking around checking out some of the newer items and trying some lotions out. I guess I looked suspicious because I was quite obviously hounded and had a blonde girl "tidying" while staring at me and watching my every move. Maybe you aren't supposed to try samples I guess. I was planning on buying a face serum and couldn't decide on the brand but not if I'm going to be treated like a thief because of the way I look. Maybe the septum ring, colored hair or my tattoos gave it away.🤷♀️ I walked out and she immediately s... read more
