Customer service is fine but omg all their spf products (probably all products I didn’t check) are expired , double check
I normally shop at Ulta but lately I’ve been getting in my Sephora bag literally lol I went to this location because it’s near my house so it’s convenient small location but a lot of nice products that’s always in stock. However, the visit I went to today rubbed me the wrong way. I was at this location on Saturday,October 11, 2025. This is my 4th time coming into this location and I will not be coming back. Every time I come to this location the associates are in side conversations about their schedules, their past, present, and future lives. I get it, you have someone to relate to. When you ask a question they rush you, just so they can get back their important conversations. However, you are there to do a job, not to socialize.
