I like this store. They often have the latest releases available to see in store. Hailey is a fantastic associate. She is so helpful and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable with all my crazy requests to try different foundations. Thank you!

I got greeted when I walked in but no one really asked if I needed help. That was until Hailey walked up to offer some help. I told her I was hoping to get color matched and get a few samples to try the foundation before purchasing. Hailey color matched me then she started pulling some foundations based on my needs. She added everything to my profile so I can keep track of what I tried. Hailey was absolutely amazing with her customer service. “The manager” Victor was so rude. He literally bobbled his head and mocked me. Went to the back and slammed the door like I was bothering him. He was a heavyweight man so I was terrified he might lunge at me the way he was moving was extremely hostile. I was getting multiple items I ended up just getting one because he was so rude it was so disrespectful. I don’t know if was anger issues or just burnt out from the job. Sephora please give him a vacation.
