“The manager” Victor was so rude. He literally bobbled his head and mocked me. Went to the back and slammed the door like I was bothering him. He was a heavyweight man so I was terrified he might lunge at me the way he was moving was extremely hostile. I was getting multiple items I ended up just getting one because he was so rude it was so disrespectful. I don’t know if was anger issues or just burnt out from the job. Sephora please give him a vacation.

This was my first visit to this Sephora location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. It seems like the store may have opened recently, but the lack of management oversight was very noticeable. There was only one cashier, who spent nearly 20 minutes chatting with a single customer while a long line continued to grow.
