Edit: I also wanted to give a shoutout to Anna. She helped me with choosing the correct foundation shade. Anna’s understanding of undertones and picking up the right shade is impressive. Thank you Anna. I went to Sephora - Chinook mall for some samples and Tristan was the one who offered to help. Tristan was very sweet, warm and approachable. I needed some help with contour placement & blending and Tristan explained everything well and made my experience worthwhile. Thank you Tristan - you are the best! XOXO
Absolutely disappointing they have a pride flag at the front door and multiple throughout the store. They have men acting like women in the pictures they have up. This is very offensive
Avoid the brow bar and Manjinder at all costs. She’s not punctual, and has an awful attitude. I would not trust someone like her to do my brows. If anything goes wrong, Sephora staff would tell you that they can’t do anything, and go find someone else yourself. It may be true that the brow services are provided by Benefit, but it’s located in Sephora so it does have an impact, simply saying Sephora has nothing to do with these services is probably not enough. We were visiting the area and decided to stop by Sephora, and we were really impressed! The store was so spacious, clean and well organised, which made it really easy and enjoyable to browse. We also noticed that all the testers were really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice change compared to the Sephora shop we’ve go to in London. Overall, such a pleasant shopping experience and we’d definitely come back!
Jena was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great recommendations. Such a wonderful shopping experience—thank you, Jena!
