Cherry is fantastic! I had an ancient Sephora fragrance certificate I wanted to redeem and she did her best to help me out. She was incredibly patient with me and was willing to try multiple times to get the certificate to work. When it didn't, she explained how I could contact Sephora for additional help which I really appreciated. She was incredibly calm and helpful the whole time.
