WAS WILLING TO BUY! Register took 45 minutes staff just walking aimlessly around not helping. I set my stuff down and walked out. Terribly run.

I always enjoy coming to this location. One thing I’ve noticed is that they seem to have the same employees over time, which feels like a great sign that they genuinely enjoy working here. AWESOME selection and very friendly staff! Found exactly what we were looking for. Also in an amazing area with lots of shops and food selections!
I typically don’t shop at larger retailers except for basics. The customer service isn’t often great or the stores are understaffed. I have been to this Sephora 3 times in the past few months and I received the best service! I’m a bit clueless and overwhelmed with skincare products, but the staff here always extremely approachable, kind and knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a smile and even the checkout was a pleasant experience. I always leave here happy with my purchase.
