Went to Sephora for a restock and to treat myself to a couple new things and the staff were incredible. Every single person I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Yasmine in particular had incredible recommendations, I just wanted to keep talking to her she was so lovely! I’m normally an online shopper but this store makes me want to come in again and again for their customer service.
They were very bad about testers. We asked especially but they said no. The other branches not like that!

I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora Rideau Centre. The staff sold me two skincare products and assured me that if I didn’t see the desired results after two weeks, I could return them for a refund. I followed their instructions and used the products for two weeks, but unfortunately saw no improvement. When I returned to the store, they refused the refund, saying they only accept returns if only a small amount of the product has been used.
