I was in the store on 5/7. Sofia went out of her way to help me. She even gave my 13 year son a couple of cologne samples to try since he has been saving up for one but couldn’t decide which one he liked best. She was also very busy but still so friendly and kind.

I had my brows done by Alisha at this location and it was such a great experience. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me lots of helpful information about how to maintain my brows afterward. Also, my brows turned out amazing, and I’ll definitely be going back to her again!
Hey I usually like Sephora. I tried their Beauty Services. Booked for 3 pm. However I reached at 307 pm. I waited till 330 pm and got my turn. The lady before asked for multiple changes and went over her time and left satisfied. My artist was good but she seemed overworked. I pointed out things on my eyes that needed to be fixed like the eyeliner and then my lipstick was not done. I was very unhappy with my results. It felt rushed. Im not sure if I would get the services again.
Compared to other branches, this one is bigger, and the staff are very patient and take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
