Horrible 😔😞 crap service!!!!
Went into this location today wanting to buy some new items and left empty handed. When I walked in there were about 5-6 associates on the floor and not a single one said hello, while walking around trying to find what I came in for no one asked if I needed help finding anything. 2 of the women working were busy doing their own makeup and another was sitting at the makeup counter doing nothing. Kingsway is always a busy location but service is still quite good. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable.

I’ve been shopped at sephora for 7 years and this is the first time i haven’t been greeted or offered any help. They greeted customers who came in after me and were pushing past me without any acknowledgment. I tried looking for an employee who wasn’t helping others and they seemingly avoided me. After about 10 minutes i left without purchase.
