Go to another Sephora. The cashier at the front desk here has an awful attitude. I was polite, treating her like a customer, but she didn't even say hello—acted as if someone owed her money. If you really don't want to work, just take time off and rest at home. There's no need to take out your frustration on customers. If you dislike your job, you could always quit.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Sephora store in Kingsway Mall, Edmonton. I visited the store today, August 29, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and my experience at the checkout completely ruined my mood.The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional. had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience at the Kingsway Sephora location today (Sunday afternoon around 1:30 PM).I asked for assistance finding the correct foundation shade for my skin. A staff member named BHVAYA came over to help, but she tried to give me completely the wrong shade. The most shocking part was that she clearly knew it was the wrong match, yet she did not care and was about to pour it into a sample jar anyway. Went in looking for a specific cosmetic product. I’m not a huge makeup person, but I choose Sephora because I expect good products **and** good customer service. Unfortunately, the employee I approached was dismissive and clearly uninterested in helping. She pointed to one brand, said, “Everything is written there,” and went right back to what she was doing. A simple question shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. If this is the level of customer service Sephora offers, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.
