I was at Sephora on March 15th between 1-1:30pm. I was helped by a male sales associate who suggested a hair product for me (I was looking for a hair protectant spray) He recommended a new product by living proof - a restyling mist, he said that it doubled as a heat protectant spray. Perfect. I pay cash (in the service industry so that’s my preferred payment method) when I checked out the girl at the register ensured me she was sending me the receipt via email. My daughters are regular customers at Sephora and they spend a lot of money there consistently. Today, I noticed something concerning. When my daughter asked about the birthday gift, the cashier seemed hesitant and was asking unnecessary questions, almost avoiding giving a clear answer.
