I visited Sephora a few days back and Faiza was wonderful, she helped my mom from A-Z, from skincare to perfume. She clearly had alot of knowledge about products. I would like to thank her for her amazing service. I don’t normally leave reviews but she deserves a pat on the back!
Fab went above and beyond to help me! She ran all over the store helping me test products and figure out which ones would work best for me. Such a helpful and friendly team member. Thanks girl!! ❤️
Extremely disappointing customer service. I tried booking an appointment through the Sephora app, but it wouldn't allow me to enter a name or complete the booking. I waited over 24 hours, assuming it was a temporary issue, but when I checked again, nothing had changed. I called the Linden Woods store hoping someone could help or offer an alternative way to book. I usually have no problem shopping in here, most people are friendly and helpful and I usually just browse myself and they leave me be. Today at checkout I had a girl named Faiza (not sure if the spelling is correct) & did she ever have an attitude. She asked me how my day was but with absolutely no expression, no smile, & snooty.
