Today, August 30, I went to this location to return two products purchased on July 30. I was informed that I was one day outside the 30-day return window and that the system would not allow the return to be processed. Kayla at Polo Park Sephora was a top notch sales associate!! She helped me find everything and more, super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I left feeling super satisfied after my time in Sephora and her helping me out! :)
I came in looking for some advice about makeup for my aging skin yesterday. Sandy was unreal! So attentive and offered great advice. No upselling just genuine care and thoughtful customer service. Even while she was helping me she was multitasking on the radio, directing other reps to areas requiring additional customer service.
