This review is solely for Lulu at Ballard Sephora!! She deserves a raise. Her efforts and output to not only me but each time I go in **to see her** she is graciously and kindly helping others with the identical level of sincerity she showed me and continues to send my way. You could not replace her because her impact is as unique as she is. Shoppers- she’s a gem, 10/10 recommend. Show her some love in a meaningful way Sephora- pay her more.

This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience at Sephora. I’ve been shopping at Sephora stores all over the world for over 10 years and have always received very kind service. On this occasion, I went to pick up an order at the store located in front of my gym, which I have visited several times. However, the service from the Asian employee was not cordial. Ask for tanaya!! She’s the best! So friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable! Went in to find a couple items and was in and out within 5-10 mins cause of her.
