Sephora is my favorite shop at West Edmonton Mall. I have been a loyal client for a decade. I booked a Feature Focus (complexion) session. I have dry skin and wanted to learn how to create a natural, glowing, radiant base. Even though I had misunderstood and booked the wrong session, Rafia U accommodated me by spending extra time, patiently answering all my questions, and recommending suitable products.
