I had a wonderful experience at Sephora in West Edmonton Mall today! Jana was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. It was actually her first day, and she did such a great job! She was very friendly and made the whole experience so pleasant. Wishing Jana all the best in her new job!

My daughter and I went here yesterday morning, and we had a fabulous experience. Kiki helped us out and patiently worked with my daughter and I to select some make up for her upcoming wedding. The result was beautiful, and the whole experience was fun.

The staff's attitude at this store needs serious improvement. The store was not busy at all, yet when I asked a simple question about a product, the clerk didn’t even bother to check. Instead, they dismissed me with a terrible tone, snapping that "the product couldn't have been opened before."It turns out the issue was due to a packaging change—the old version had an inner seal, but the new one does not, which caused the product to leak. Went sephora to buy perfume, noticed they have engraving section where you can get free engraving on perfumes. Lisa was so polite and helpful with the whole process. She wanted me to stay there and do evrything while i am there, guess what it was worth the wait. Lisa if you’re reading this, you’re a wonderful person. Thankyou for making my day special.
