Friendly and great service from Oliva today. The lip gloss I wanted was not available so she ordered it to b delivered to my house. Did not have to get into line!!

I waited over 30 minutes at Sephora for assistance with my Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Mughetto perfume. Every staff member I approached kept saying ‘one minute’ and then walked past without returning. If it hadn’t been for a wonderful Dior consultant named Mariam, I would have left and probably never come back to that branch. She personally made sure I got my perfume before I left. Her help was truly appreciated.
The staff is friendly, always serves with a smile.
