This is a review for Joy K, who did a full face makeup look for me. She understood the assignment perfectly and gave me a look I loved - a very talented makeup artist. Leena at the west end location was SO helpful. I asked for some opinions and recommendations, and I felt like she really listened and gave some thoughtful answers. She seemed to really care about the skin issues I mentioned, and gave me some great choices of products to try. I very much appreciate how sweet and helpful Leena was. I hope she is available again if I ever have more questions!

It was a busy day for the Sephora sale, but the store was really clean and well-staffed. As soon as I had multiple items in my hand, I was offered a basket to carry them. Calley (I might be spelling her name wrong) helped me out and she was so sweet! She even went to the back just to find me a tester for something when it wasn’t on the floor. Great experience, thanks!
