I have been a Sephora VIB member for a decade, on and off, and have very rarely returned or exchanged anything during that time. As someone who has worked in the service industry (albeit a lifetime ago), I do expect and understand how customer service is supposed to work, and am generally sympathetic to sales associates. The store was very clean and welcoming. The staff was on top of any questions I had, especially Carlos, he was extremely helpful in finding everything I needed. 100% would recommend coming to this location!
