I’ve been to this Sephora location a couple times before, and I’ve noticed a pattern of some employees following me around and asking if I need help several times in the span of a 15 minute shopping trip. I usually go to the Norwalk location, and have always been treated with respect and care. I am very disappointed in my experience today. Hi I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jenny who helped me this past week. She was so kind and sweet. I had come in to grab a skincare product I was out of and also to try a new foundation. My acne has been really bad this past month and there was not one moment where I felt judged or felt like the flaws in my skin were the focus. She color matched me and gave me some samples and then gave me a wonderful recommendation on an under eye cream that I immediately purchased after testing it at home. Beautiful Sephora, I consider it a midsized one and had all that I was looking for (facial skin care) staff were lovely and very knowledgeable about different skin types needs and pertinent products!
