The manager at this store is super rude. However, Sephora’s customer service 800 number is 5 stars. Went in to exchange a tinted serum that I accidentally purchased in the wrong shade and used my $10 reward for. They told me I had to pay the $10 difference because it didn’t “transfer over” to my exchange… even though it was the EXACT SAME product, just in a different shade. I never leave reviews but I have been a frequent flier at Sephora for as long as I can remember. I have never encountered such a wonderful staff at any other Sephora and this is a new store. Every single employee is friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is immaculate and the product knowledge is above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Sephora to visit in the area.
Went to Sephora a couple days ago to get some makeup for my upcoming events. David was extremely helpful. He greeted me at the door, helped me with color matching which is harder to do having a darker complexion. I think I may have taken like an hour and a half of his time so thanks David! I appreciate your time and going above and beyond to help me.
I ask if they had Bum Bum cream and she said she would check and then never came back if you want to check if they have something go to the store your self SHE NEVER CAME BACK
