Other than just being an amazing store because it is a Sephora, the ladies and gentlemen that work here are extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific product, pigmented eyeshadow Twin Flames by Dynessa Myricks in the shade Mystic Fire. I had just driven from the Sephora at Kohl's which did not have the product, and was a little disappointed when we could not find it at the sagemore location either, it was not in the Dynessa Myers section. Horrible customer service and the most unhelpful staff. I asked someone for help with color matching a foundation. He recommended a different brand’s foundation and proceeded to pick out 6 shades too dark and applied it on me and when I said it’s too dark, he said “oh well, never mind then!” And walked away. Then I asked another staff member to match me in the original brand and she didn’t even look or try any samples on me. Will never go back to the Sagemore location. Walked in and two associates at the front couldn’t say hello nor welcome when I walked in. Just looked at me. I walked around trying to find a certain lip gloss and a perfume. Not once did someone come over and ask me if I needed assistance. The store had three customers in it. Not busy at all. Poor customer service and will not go back to that location.
Great products, horrible staff. Unless you are wearing makeup and look rich, they will not help you. I've been going here for at least three years and have finally had it with the disappointing customer service. Some staff members are great though, if you are lucky.
Very nice staff. Had travel sized cologne in stock too. Which I am NOT used to with Sephora
