I was at the Sagemore Marlton NJ location 09/28/25 for a return of an item purchased online- this was my experience: Very slow, the staff lacked experience with their own return process which resulted in multiple employees being involved, poor customer service, and an overall painful experience-I cannot recommend.
My house recently burned down and the ladies here were so kind!! The manager Kristen and another employee Ariel were amazing and could not recommend them more. Wonderful staff!
