This sephora is the best sephora ive ever gone to. The staff is very helpful and informative. I needed a concealar and it was easy to get. The line moved quickley and there was things to look at as you waited. The casheir had black curly hair and was very nice. She gave me the change quickley and even complemented my daughters lip gloss. Amazing experiece!!
Alyssa was awesome . She took the time to really listen to everything I was looking for with new products . She is very knowledgeable .
I was at the Sagemore Marlton NJ location 09/28/25 for a return of an item purchased online- this was my experience: Very slow, the staff lacked experience with their own return process which resulted in multiple employees being involved, poor customer service, and an overall painful experience-I cannot recommend.
