Horrible and lazy staff. They make no attempt to help app shoppers like door dash. They will see you struggling and pretend they don’t see you. They don’t consider that door dash shoppers are also customers. I refuse to buy from this store based on their horrible customer service. I literally spent 25 mins struggling to find products while employees avoid me, finally, I cancelled the order and left
Other than just being an amazing store because it is a Sephora, the ladies and gentlemen that work here are extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific product, pigmented eyeshadow Twin Flames by Dynessa Myricks in the shade Mystic Fire. I had just driven from the Sephora at Kohl's which did not have the product, and was a little disappointed when we could not find it at the sagemore location either, it was not in the Dynessa Myers section.
