I felt I had enough space to try out fragrances without any overbearing presence, but someone did make themselves available when needed to assist. Everyone was super polite and patient I spoke with. I felt more comfortable buying something new today and I appreciated it a lot

I went to this location to give business to the brick and mortar store instead of just ordering online. I had a cart online of twelve items, and went in hoping to get help with finding these specific items across a variety of brands and determine the correct shades of some items for myself. Sephora has a variety of collections to choose from. The staff was very patient in helping me find the right make up I was looking for.

The staff at this Sephora are professional and welcoming compare to the ones at the Salem NH Sephora. They don’t give you a hard time for returning items and don’t make you feel guilty for doing returns. I forget who helped me today but she couldn’t have been nicer. Will only be going to the Nashua Sephora from now on!
