I’m a makeup artist, so I usually shopped at Ulta because I’d had some bad experiences with Sephora employees in the past. But i came in and I met Jocelyn, and she completely changed my mind. Went to Sephora last minute and Jocelyn was amazing! She helped me find the perfect perfume and was so kind and patient. I ended up spending almost $300 and left happy with everything. Great customer service! OMG, by the way, I absolutely love her hair! Her curls are gorgeous, and I need to know whatever products she uses because they looked amazing!
