I used to have Sephora, but now they are getting ridiculous with their policies. I needed to return something and I don’t go to Sephora often so I didn’t know the policy had changed. I had a product in my car for a while that I’ve been trying to return. I just have not had the time and it’s never been opened and they just told me that since it’s past 30 days, I can’t return it not even get store credit!! And then on top of that, I do have points to be able to get like $10 off of purchase, but then I can’t use my store credit... read more
Great customer service, employees are friendly and always willing to help. Someone helped me get a perfect shade match every time!
Worker there was racist towards Muslims and harassed my little sister because she was Muslim and said many Islamophobic words towards my little sisters. The worker trashed huda beauty because she is a Muslim and said her makeup isn’t good because she is a Muslim. Something is wrong with the worker and called Muslims ugly. Would not go here.
