The worker India helped me and my mom quite a lot, she came up to us and offered a color match then found my mom the perfect shade in concealer! Truly helpful worker and I appreciate her very much.

Very nice people and protect very good
My review doesn’t have to do with Sephora itself but one of their employees. Michelle Watts is very unprofessional. I went to grab a lip balm from the drawer and instead of politely telling me I wasn’t allowed, she came and slammed the drawer with her knee and almost smashed my fingers. People like this either need to get trained better or find a job outside of customer service. She gives a bad reputation for the service industry.
