Had an issue with being charged for a $15 item which wasn''t put in my bag. I returned to the store to request a refund for that item (which I have purchased many times before) and was told the manager would reach out to me, but it may take up to a month. A couple of months later, I asked in store again since nobody reached out to me. Manager proceeded to blame me since I didn't follow up quickly enough (even though he never reached out to me...). The manager, sweetheart, but for the worker that passes out the orders does too much talkative towards male customers specially if they’re woman is picking up the order because the mail doesn’t feel comfortable picking up the woman’s order. A woman should not talk about another man to another woman customer, especially a male customer. I think that’s very unprofessional. If I could give 0/5 I would extremely rude. I placed an online order and received the wrong items. The lady said it was nothing the can do because I ordered it online. Then I’m assuming she asked her manager and had me waiting with the call on being rude!!! Then hung up on me with saying anything

Can’t wait till Sephora gets a new manager, mean time not spending my money here.
