I visited this location because I recently finished 2 of my perfumes and was looking to replace them. This is a smaller location and an employee and guest stood in the dead center of the small fragrance section. the employee spent the whole time talking about which fragrances she DIDN'T like which i thought was very strange. They racially profiled and given very poor service. I would never recommend going here
The staff acted like I didn’t exist until it was time to pay. I don’t think I deserve that experience and I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get any customer service. I needed one thing and I found it on my own. What’s the point of hiring people if they are just going to stand around ignoring customers. Maybe this is a sign that Sephora does not want me as a customer. I don’t want to go where I’m not wanted so maybe this is where my relationship with Sephora ends.
