Great team!
I love Sephora and their products, but am so disappointed this is the condition of one of their stores. The store manager is absolutely heartless and rude. I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for 15+ years but the manager representing the Assembly Row store has me questioning my loyalty to the brand for the first time ever. Horrible experience, The workers are so rude for no reason like there’s absolutely no need at all to be so rude. it’s giving they hate their customers.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora Assembly Row location. I picked up several skincare products and simply asked if someone could explain how to use them, since it was my first time trying them and I wanted advice based on my skin type. An employee told me she was busy but would send someone to assist me. Instead, she sent a security guard.
