I was visiting family here in Massachusetts when I realized I lost my favorite lipstick, my granddaughter told me there was Sephora near us, I got to the store and was having trouble finding the product so I asked for the shade I was looking for then the worker said AND I QUOTE “this would not look good on you” and gave me a dirty look. I am still very offended by this experience to this day.

Why 2 stars?? I was visiting the area with hubs and a friend. My friend wanted to get some cosmetics for his granddaughters, the person who assisted me in choosing the items was great, however the cashier was terrible. First because i asked for a price and decided to change she told me with an attitude ‘i had to be ready’, when i asked if she removed the items she said with same attitude ‘i did in front of you’ !
