Large store, good setvice
I came in to look for a couple of things. There was a couple ladies standing talking doing nothing near door. I went to ask about a product to one of the ladies,she was annoyed I asked her to help me. She passes me off to another girl. Thank God cause she actually helped. I was spending over $200. I went to spend $$ not to waste time. If you work at sephora is to help not to get mad I need help. Please treat the guest better !! Either way I got what I needed.
Worst experience, just shocking.
Mariana at the Assembly Row location was an absolute angel - she was so sweet and patient with helping my anxious and overwhelmed mom colormatch several products. She made it feel like we were the only ones in the store with the amount of care and attention she provided. Thanks, girl!!
