Went in to do an even exchange of a blush purchased for a different color - had to find an associate to ask for assistance. I was then told to go “find it”myself and switch it at the front. I went to look for the item and could not find one on the shelf and the associate who originally directed me to find it myself appeared and said “oh it looks like we’re out.” I asked if she could please check the drawer underneath or the back or the system and she said “I just restocked so if it’s not there, we don’t have any.” I left the... read more
