I am beyond disgusted by the way my mother was treated. She had just come from chemotherapy and was shopping when a manager named Laconia made insulting comments about her dry skin. After my mother explained that she has cancer and is currently going through chemotherapy which commonly causes severe dry skin the manager continued with the insensitive remarks instead of showing compassion. My wife was working with an associate when the manager, whose name was something like La (I forgot), started suggesting things and throwing items into our basket without asking if we wanted them or not. It was very rude and obnoxious. We put everything back and left the store. My wife went to Ulta where the managers were friendly and not bullying us to get products.

This store saved my day! I originally had a makeup application booked with Ulta for a headshot photoshoot they canceled on me the night before my appointment at closing time! Didn’t give me an opportunity to call anyone else. Frantically calling every makeup store from Katy to the Woodlands starting at 10am when everyone opens the manager of the woodlands mall Sephora picks up the phone so friendly and helpful told me not to stress she had someone that could accommodate me in 20 minutes! One of the worst Sephoras I’ve ever been to, especially today! The employees weren’t helpful, and one guy didn’t want to help—he just talked about himself with another employee. The one at the counter was super rude! It’s better to buy at Ulta
