One of the worst Sephoras I’ve ever been to, especially today! The employees weren’t helpful, and one guy didn’t want to help—he just talked about himself with another employee. The one at the counter was super rude! It’s better to buy at Ulta
Decided to go to the store on the last day of the Sephora sale rather then shop online. They had so many people on the floor working/helping. Then I go to the long checkout and they have one person working. 15 people online and 1 person. Other employees came and walked by and nobody helped. Honestly that how it always and it’s my last time going there. It took 40 minutes to checkout. I think I’m officially an ulta customer!

You showed me brands to you trust it didn’t feel forced it felt genuine, I had a fun time shopping and we need ppl like this in the industry.
