Dariana W did my make up yesterday, 7/4 and she did a phenomenal job as always. I am one of her regulars and don’t trust anyone else to do my makeup anywhere else as she has been doing my makeup for almost a year now - she always matches my shade perfectly and has a flawless look execution every single time. This location (Sephora Brier Creek) used to be my go to make up store. Not after today unfortunately! There were 4 employees, maybe 2-3 costumers (went on a Monday at ~11:30am). Every single employee was on their phone. I was struggling at the door to come inside (no automatic door) with my stroller and no one made eye contact or offered to help. This location has the worst customer service from leadership down to the beauty advisors. I have to greet them and attempt to make eye contact to make someone aware of my presence. I have called customer service about this location and as I see from other reviews nothing has changed. Perhaps we should bubble this up further. Something has to change.

There was an incident tonight where someone was verbally harassing the whole store, and I believe the workers handled it beautifully. They still helped me find what I was looking for and do an exchange even though what was going on around us.
