Visited the Crabtree location and was very disappointed in the staffs behavior. Witnessed very rude behavior from saade towards the staff as well as rude behavior towards me as a customer. All I asked for is if she can help me find someone to do a shade match, responded in a ill manner and aggravated face with eye rolls before saying you need to wait.

Crabtree valleymall Sephora has horrible costumer service! Employees are unhelpful not professional if you ask one dimple question they can not answer. Employees always pretend helpful and indeed they just runaway give me one second! Moreover they hide somewhere in the store and chech you social media! Poor sephora improve you service!!!
