Sephora just lost a longtime loyal customer. I tried to return something with an original receipt several times. First, I went to a Sephora at Kohl's a few days later after the original purchase. Well, Sephora at Kohl's and Sephora are "not the same system" so I was denied the return. The staff helped my wife pick out the best look for her tone, very kind and lovely!
First time I went there that also the staffs were so rude felt like they don't want me here and also gave me a wrong shade for my foundation. I went there yesterday and same thing happened I wanted to ask a question, (it was 45mins before closing), still that girl was so rushing for nothing. It's just horrible.
Great store with a wide selection of beauty products. The staff is helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to shop here
