I had such an awful experience with Riah. She was very unprofessional and didn’t want to answer my skincare questions. Will never return to this location
I had the pleasure of being helped by Alicia and she was great! I purchased a lip combo and she was so knowledgeable! She knew exactly what color I should get without even needing to go to the brand! Pleasantly surprised! Very helpful!
Alisha, Luna and Alysia gave me the best service of my life! Helped me out the entire time and really showed how much they enjoy their jobs. They went as far as apply the makeup with brushed to my face to see how it will blend! Even if they were out of things they went above and beyond to help me find alternatives and get things ordered so I can have the perfect birthday! Always been my favorite Sephora!
What kind of Sephora doesn’t carry sample containers? When I asked for a sample the employees claimed that they “don’t get sample containers at this location anymore” but were trying to get me to buy the product stating I can return it. I’m aware I can do that, however, why be wasteful when I might not like it? It seemed like a tactic they were using to up their sales for the day. This was my first time coming to any Sephora location and Nyquaisa was very helpful and friendly with a bubbly personality. I will definitely be returning simply to experience her customer service:)
