I just had the best experience at this Sephora location. Christy the Assistant Store Manager was a delight and beyond helpful to listen to my needs and get me on the right foundation shade. I haven’t received service like this in a very long time. She had to go to a meeting so she handed me over to Kyle who was also a delight and so helpful to get me checked out. Highly recommend this Sephora location!

Cashiers need to be trained to take the person next in line. We stood in front of a cashier at the cash register while they took 6 customers in front of us. It was a zoo! No manager on duty and pure chaos. We will not be shopping with this store ever again. If I didn’t have small children waiting for purchases I would have left without completing the sale due to the utterly deplorable customer service!
