I’ve tried to like the Merrick store but each time I’ve gone, none of the Sales Associates have been helpful. The one time one of them approached and asked if I needed help, she was quick and I felt rushed. She dismissed me when I asked her another question and went off to another customer. The other times I’ve gone, they have walked by me multiple times and have gone to ask other women if the need help (I guess they assume they have more money) when I did ask one of them for help, she just pointed me in the direction of oth... read more
As you would expect, when you enter one of their stores. Not over the top, but professional.
Wanted to share such a positive experience with one of the Merrick store employees! Her name is nicolina - and she was so helpful with getting me a foundation that matched my spray tan! She even got me a sample for a color that matched perfectly when one color wasn’t in stock. Thank you nicolina!
