I came to this Sephora after work for a little retail therapy after having a frustrating day. One associate tried helping me find a gift in the $75–$100 range, but everything we looked at was out of stock. Was made uncomfortable by the staff asking me if I needed anything after I said no 4 times already as I was just looking and was going to read the ingredients and everything then choose which products I want to buy at the end of my purchase as i usually do but this one lady just kept asking.. I have social anxiety and she made me feel so anxious, uncomfy and unwelcome that I had a panic attack,I handed her the basket back and said I will be back later. I went to a different one that knows how to respect customers

I cant say enough about this store. I came.in after having a horrible experience with a makeup artist that morning. It was my birthday and I had a brunch in 2 hours. They squeezed me in and placed with an artist named Autumn.When I arrived she had everything ready to go.She let me vent, validated me and changed the whole trajectory of my birthday.
