It was actually my first time walking into a Sephora and I was very pleased and impressed! The sales associates were beyond helpful, very patient , inviting & provided excellent customer service!!
I’ve given the Sephora Merrick location multiple chances, and unfortunately, it continues to DISSAPOINT. No matter what time I visit, the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The staff often come across as disinterested and, at times, visibly irritated when approached for help. It doesn’t feel like a place where customers are genuinely valued or supported.
