On August 22nd, I visited the Merrick location and sought assistance from an associate. As I continued shopping, I requested further assistance, which a young woman was prepared to provide. However, I was informed that assistance was unavailable due to the impending closing time. Given my travel plans the following morning, I was unable to return.
