It was actually my first time walking into a Sephora and I was very pleased and impressed! The sales associates were beyond helpful, very patient , inviting & provided excellent customer service!!

I’ve given the Sephora Merrick location multiple chances, and unfortunately, it continues to DISSAPOINT. No matter what time I visit, the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The staff often come across as disinterested and, at times, visibly irritated when approached for help. It doesn’t feel like a place where customers are genuinely valued or supported. This is my absolute favorite Sephora location! I have always had wonderful interactions with the staff here but today's experience was exceptional. After a bad day, I was excited to treat myself to a new product I had been excited about, only to find out that they were sold out! Luckily for me, Sabira went above and beyond to find me one and ensure I left happy. Thank you so much again for your help and generosity! :)
