Manager and employees have no knowledge and do not know how to help clients. I will always bring my business to freehold locations for future purchases.
Great communication on the phone with an employee at this location! I was having issues paying a Sephora card bill, and she walked me through it patiently and kindly. She was helpful and professional. I jist wished I'd asked for her name to thank her on this review! The store is wonderful too. Lots of helpful, warm, and knowledgeable staff.
It's become hit or miss at this location. Sometimes you will come in contact with an associate that wants to help, & other times you will walk in there and be completely ignored because the I associates are either busy playing with makeup on themselves or conversing amongst themselves.
